Melissa's Training & Background in Meditation
Melissa is a certified Meditation teacher. She attended Axis Yoga School, which she chose specifically due to the phenomenal work of its teacher, Derik Eselius, who transcends deep into the study. Over the years, Melissa has furthered her intensive knowledge of meditation though private study with some of the top global teachers, including Adam Cohen, Nova Loverro, Denise Lewis Premchack and John McKenna.
After Melissa suffered a car accident, she employed a combination of meditation and yoga to heal her nervous system and body, without having to depend on pharmaceutical drugs. Melissa has seen the transformational benefits of meditation firsthand, and loves that she is now able to share her knowledge with others.
Personalized yoga nidra session and recording to work with 6-10 weeks. 3 hour time commitment spread apart. Yoga nidra helps children with ADHD, learning disabilities and behavioral problems.
